We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your speaker for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect your speaker, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Please note that the speaker must be in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Items that show signs of damage from misuse or normal wear may not be eligible for return.
